customizable design/layout

It would be good to have a bit more data on the gadget without clicking for the flyout, eg. how many days left and how much MB/GB was used in the month already. Something similar to nephew's gadget (which is not maintained anymore) http://gallery-live.com/sidebar-gadgets/Internode%20Usage%20Meter%20%28Nephew%29
Having an option to change between this new and the original minimal design would be also good.
