Gadget flyout details misssing

Close to end of last billing period the Netuse gadget stopped providing details in the flyout. The gadget itself on the desktop stopped updating for about a week but after end of month it seems to now show correct amount of data used but when clicked it shows no numbers just shows ellipsis (.......) and spinning timers that never resolve into graphs.

Downloaded and re-installed but no change. Installed another usage app from Internode and it works OK. Not sure where to go from here. Any ideas?
